Shipping Service

Screen Solutions offers Worldwide Delivery Service for all of our products.

Approximate shipping times are listed on package pages. We ship all items from our warehouse within 48 hours so you can start your project soon after your order. In most cases it takes just a few days to receive your  full order. Someone capable of unloading a shipping truck must be present when a commercial freight order is delivered to you.

Expedited Shipping

All shipments leave our warehouse within 48 Hours of your order. If you need something faster than normal shipping time, ask for a quote when you place your order. Next day and second day air are available through FEDEX. Pro Packages and Rigid Screens are heavy and very expensive to ship via Air Freight. Please order early to avoid shipping delays. Orders can be shipped to your address or jobsite if accessible.


All returns must be pre-authorized and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) before shipping. All items received without an RMA# will be refused. Call first before you return your products. Cut screen sizes, custom products and opened electronics are not available for refund or exchange. Please see Terms and Agreements for complete details.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived “complete and without damage”. You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. CLAIMS WILL NOT BE PAID IF THE DELIVERY RECIEPT IS SIGNED “COMPLETE AND WITHOUT DAMAGE”! Be sure to inspect films tubes thoroughly!
